THE RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS CAMPAIGN

”Ron Tropical Consumer Campaign” (the “Campaign”) 

By entering this Campaign, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Rules, Terms & Conditions and be bound by them.

1. Eligibility:
a) The Campaign is organized by Aruba Trading Company (The “Promoter”)
b) The Campaign is open to all people aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Campaign.
c) Purchase is necessary to be able to participate in this campaign.
d) The Promoter encourages smart drinking. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Campaign we believe in responsible consumption of our products. Do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume or use just to participate in this Campaign.

2. Promotional Period:
a) The Campaign runs from 00:00 on May 29th, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on August 31st, 2024; 13 weeks in total.

3. How to Enter:
To enter a participant must:
a) Purchase a Ron Tropical 700ml containing a scratch area on the front label at your favorite supermarket participate.
b) Scratch to reveal your number, scan the QR Code, login or register and enter the unique 10-digit code to participate.
c) After entering the code, you will be informed if your code is correct and that you entered to participate any one of the presented main prizes. You will also receive an e-mail with your entered number and your number will be added to your personal account information on the campaign website
d) You can enter the ”Campaign” using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

4. Prizes:
There are various Prizes available across the Campaign Period consisting of:
a) Main prize: A Cruise voucher with the value of Afl. 8,000.-
b) Monthly Prizes: After each campaign month a raffle will take place during which various winners will be drawn for a variety of prizes. Please look at the following page for an overview of all prizes: PREMIONAN

5. Winner Selection and Notification
a) Monthly Prizes (Please follow our social media pages for exact draw dates and live feeds of the drawings):
i) The first Prize Draw will take place the first week of July, 2024
ii) The 2nd Prize Draw will take place the first week of August, 2024
iii) The final Prize Draw, including the Cruise Voucher will take place the first week of September, 2024

6. Prize Conditions
a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of the winners, including but not limited to, confirming that the winners are 18+ years of age. The Promoter also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winners from participation in any aspect of the Main Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Main Prize, or if the winners act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti – social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
b) The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their names and pictures to announce the winners of this Campaign. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and pictures of the winners.

7. Delivery of the Prizes
a) All prizes shall be available as soon as reasonably possible
b) The winners will be announced via Facebook and contacted via email and, if provided, by phone
c) Each winner has 60 days, starting on the day of notification via Facebook, to redeem their prize, after 60 days the prize will be forfeit

General:
a) The winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received using a digital raffle system. The drawing will occur live using a live feed on our Aruba Trading and Weststreet Liquor Company Facebook Page. The promoter will conduct the drawing and awarding of the prizes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the campaign period.
b) All Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.
c) Participants who submit an entry to the Campaign agree that their personal information may be used for the purposes of administering the Campaign and in connection with any purpose mentioned in the Rules, Terms and Conditions.
d) The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Campaign as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control that make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavors to minimize the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
e) The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Campaign.
f) By entering this Campaign, you will have agreed to be bound by these Rules, Terms & Conditions.
g) In the event of discrepancy between these Rules, Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Rules, Terms & Conditions will prevail.
